  • How often you should do 1:1 sessions depends on your needs and goals. Some clients prefer to meet 2-3 times a week, especially during major life transitions like pregnancy or postpartum, for a mix of strength, coaching, and restorative practices. Others may opt for occasional sessions, such as once a quarter, to reset, gain clarity, or address specific concerns. If you're navigating fertility, pregnancy, or new parenthood, regular sessions can provide support for physical discomfort, emotional balance, confidence-building and strategy to work towards your goals. The frequency is flexible, but consistency is key for achieving results, especially if you're dealing with pain, preparing for birth, or recovering postpartum.

  • The studio is fully equipped with everything we need. Just bring clothes that are comfy to move in, water to stay hydrated, and if you’re bringing your baby, a small mat or toy to keep them entertained!

  • What makes our classes stand out in Tokyo is the combination of hands-on care, personalized attention, and the community we’ve created. Unlike traditional group fitness classes, we focus on holistic support, offering a safe space for women to connect with their bodies through tailored movement practices that honor where you are in your journey—whether you're navigating pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or simply seeking restorative movement. Plus, our classes are small enough to provide individualized feedback and support, ensuring you’re getting the most out of each session. Whether you’re here with your baby or on your own, you’re welcomed into a nurturing, supportive environment where you can truly show up as yourself, knowing that your needs—physical, emotional, and spiritual—are valued and cared for.

  • No problem, please reach out to us via email and let us know which classes you can attend and we will prorate the price so you only need to pay for the classes you know you can attend.

  • All 1:1 movement sessions and group classes  are 55 minutes.

    Arvigo Maya Abdominal massage varies from 90 min-120 min

  • Absolutely! All of our classes are beginner friendly and variations are always offered for different levels of movers and different seasons of life.

  • Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely. For Arvigo Maya Abdominal Massage, please choose loose-fitting attire and something you wouldn’t mind getting a bit of oil on. I'll do my best to prevent oil from touching your clothes by using blankets and towels to cover your clothing, but there may be some residual oil on your belly or back when you put your clothes back on.

  • Yes, I understand that life can be busy, especially for women juggling multiple responsibilities! For those with really busy schedules, 1:1 sessions offer more flexibility in terms of timing, so we can work together to find a time that fits your needs. On the other hand, group class times are more set and follow a consistent schedule. If you’re looking for a bit more freedom with your sessions, 1:1s might be a better fit!

  • Students can make up missed classes by joining another class of the same price within the 8-week series time frame. For example, prenatal students can join another prenatal mat class or a women’s health class, and we’ll make the necessary modifications for prenatal bodies. The only exception is for Mommy and Me classes—if you miss one, we kindly ask that only you attend the make up class and that  you do not bring your baby to a make-up class, as it could be disruptive to the other students. Please note that make-up classes must be completed within the current 8-week series. You cannot make up missed classes with the start of another series, as we cannot guarantee there will be available spaces. When you’d like to schedule a make-up class, please email us first to reserve your spot.

  • Babies aged 0-6 months or until crawling are welcome in the Mommy and Me class and in 1:1 sessions. However, for all other classes, we kindly ask that babies stay home. If you have an older child who is able to sit quietly nearby, they are welcome to attend but are not able to participate in the class.

  • 1:1 sessions are perfect if you're looking for personalized support during life’s transformative moments, like pregnancy, birth, postpartum, or parenting. These sessions are tailored to your unique needs, whether you're preparing for childbirth, recovering postpartum, or navigating parenting challenges. They’re also ideal if you’re struggling with injury, recovery, or something more intimate that you'd like coaching on in a trauma-informed and confidential space. With my professional guidance, you'll gain clarity, confidence, and tools to move forward, empowering you to thrive during these pivotal stages. If you're ready for deep, individualized support and to address what's on your mind, 1:1 sessions are a great fit for you.

  • Arvigo Maya Abdominal Massage is a holistic, hands-on therapy that focuses on the abdomen and pelvic area, designed to support and improve reproductive health, digestion, and emotional well-being. Based on traditional Mayan healing techniques, this therapy works to restore balance by gently realigning the uterus, ovaries, and surrounding organs to optimize their function.

    The massage can help with a variety of concerns, such as menstrual pain, irregular cycles, fertility issues, digestive discomfort, and postpartum recovery. It’s particularly beneficial for women dealing with conditions like endometriosis, fibroids, and pelvic congestion, as it encourages circulation, reduces tension, and supports overall pelvic health. The treatment is non-invasive, deeply relaxing, and aims to bring awareness to your body while promoting healing from the inside out.

  • Yes! We offer monthly online live events and trainings as well as The Beehive Membership.

  • The earlier, the better! Booking in advance ensures that we can reserve the studio space and guarantee availability in the schedule. This helps us avoid any potential conflicts and ensures you get the time that works best for you. Plus, early booking gives you peace of mind knowing your spot is secured!

  • All of our classes have 10 students max and start with a circle where we check in and discuss the theme of the class. This gives us a chance to connect as a group, share what's going on, and set our intentions for the session. The classes themselves are a unique mix of embodiment, Pilates, and restorative practices, all designed to support your body, mind, and spirit. Whether you’re looking to strengthen, relax, or just tune into your body, each class offers something for you. Mommy and Me classes are always fun, a little wild, and absolutely full of cuteness—expect giggles, movement, and a nurturing environment for both you and your baby!

  • Certainly! Our Women’s Pilates and Restorative class is open to all women!

  • Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged in full, except in cases of illness or natural disasters. Your understanding helps keep things running smoothly for everyone. We do not offer refunds. Please read our cancellation policy here.
